Paul A. Leonard, CPA, Esquire
A CPA, attorney, and a founding partner of Leonard, Mulherin & Greene, P.C.,
Paul graduated with honors from Bentley College with a B.S. in Accountancy
and cum laude with a Juris Doctor from Suffolk University Law School. Paul
is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants,
Massachusetts Society of Certified Public Accountants, American Bar Association
and the Massachusetts Bar Association.
Paul brings his experience in accounting, finance and the law to a diverse
group of closely held and early-stage business entities. Drawing on his
experience and firm resources, he delivers a proactive mix of traditional
accounting, auditing, and tax related services to his clients. Paul also
provides various management consulting services that include business
formation and planning, financial analysis of contractual agreements,
projection and cash flow analysis, litigation support, and representation
and management of professional athletes.

Joseph P. Greene, CPA, Esquire, MST
A CPA, attorney and a founding partner of Leonard, Mulherin & Greene, P.C.,
Joe received a B.S. in accounting from Suffolk University, a M.S. in taxation
from Bentley College, and a Juris Doctor, magna cum laude, from Suffolk
University Law School. Joe is a member of the American Institute of Certified
Public Accountants, Massachusetts Society of Certified Public Accountants,
American Bar Association, Massachusetts Bar Association, American Association
of Attorney-CPAs and the AICPA Personal Financial Planning Division.
Joe has developed expertise in serving closely held businesses
and not-for-profit organizations in the areas of accounting and auditing, tax
planning and compliance, organizational structure and formation, capitalization
and financing, and has provided clients with a wide range of financial and
business consulting services. Joe also serves as a corporator of South Shore
Co-operative Bank.

Edward M. Mulherin, CPA, Esquire
Ed is a magna cum laude graduate of Boston College and a cum laude graduate of
Suffolk University Law School. He is a member of the Massachusetts Bar and, as
a founding member of Leonard, Mulherin & Greene, P.C., has been instrumental in
the firm's direction and growth.
Ed has provided a varied range of services to clients including
financial, tax planning and compliance, litigation support, expert testimony,
business valuation, accounting system design and implementation, business
reporting systems, SEC compliance consulting, mergers and acquisitions, MIS
consulting and IPO planning.

John G. Madden, CPA, Esquire
John received a B.S. cum laude from Bryant College and a Juris Doctor cum laude
from Suffolk University Law School. He is a member of the American Institute of
Certified Public Accountants, Massachusetts Society of Certified Public
Accountants, the American Bar Association and the Massachusetts Bar Association.
John has developed significant experience in providing tax, audit,
accounting and consulting services to a diverse group of privately held companies,
nonprofit organizations, fiduciaries and individuals. He is also experienced in
developing accounting systems and internal controls, choice of entity planning
for privately held companies, retirement planning and pension plans.
John understands the specific challenges of nonprofit organizations, such as
state laws and regulations, FASB and AICPA pronouncements, IRS rules and audit
requirements.

Mark J. Preziosi, CPA, MST
Mark has a B.S. from Suffolk University and a Masters in Taxation from Bentley.
Before working in public accounting, Mark worked for the Internal Revenue Service.
He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Massachusetts
Society of Certified Public Accountants, where he is a member of the Peer Review
Committee.
Mark’s areas of specialization include corporate and individual
taxation, audit and accounting services to closely held businesses, litigation
support services, and peer reviews of CPA firms. He also coordinates the firm’s
quality control and is responsible for monitoring the periodic comprehensive
examination of the firm’s operating practices and policies by an independent
CPA firm.

Stephen M. Snow, CPA
Steve has a B.S. in accounting from Boston College and is a member of the American
Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Massachusetts Society of Certified
Public Accountants, the MSCPA Not-for-Profit Accounting and Auditing Committee,
and the Affordable Housing Association of CPAs. Steve's background includes
accounting and auditing services for a wide range of not-for-profit organizations
and closely held businesses.
In addition to his professional commitment to nonprofit
organizations, Steve serves on the Board of Directors of the Special Olympics
of Massachusetts, is the Treasurer of Hingham Youth Soccer and is an active
volunteer with The ARC of the South Shore.
